Tin Roof Cutting Boards is a division of Tatum International, LLC.  Tatum International, LLC nor any of its subsidiaries will sell, distribute or trade personal information that is collected during the purchasing process. 

Product Pricing Information

The prices displayed on any Tatum International, LLC website may differ from prices that are available in stores, catalogs, or other websites. 

Links to Third Party Sites

Tatum International, LLC web sites may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. Tatum International, LLC offers no warranties, express or implied, for any products sold by outside vendors over which it has no control.

Refund/Exchange Policy

This policy applies only to products sold as retail products on the Tin Roof website.  Tin Roof will offer refunds and/or exchanges within 14 days of purchase in the event of the following:

1.  An order is unable to be fulfilled due to inventory shortages

In the event that an inventory shortage occurs and an order is placed for an out of stock item, a website representative will notify the customer. The customer can choose to cancel the order for a full refund or change the order to a different product of  the same price.

2. An order is fulfilled with a different product number that what is displayed on the customer’s invoice.

In the event that an order is fulfilled with the wrong product Tin Roof will offer to pay for return ground shipping and ship the correct item to the purchaser at no additional charge once the returned item reaches the Tin Roof shipping facilities.  

3.  Tin Roof will accept and/or exchange a product provided that it is unopened and in the original packaging.  Freight/shipping costs are the financial responsibility of the consumer.

 
Disclaimer:

The nature of some of the Tin Roof products, natural wood, is such that no two are alike due to specific density, type, grain direction, size, shape, color, age, etc. of the wood.  The photographs displayed on the Tin Roof site are highly representative of the product that will be shipped once an order is placed for a particular item.  Furthermore, the product that is shipped may also vary slightly from the photographs displayed due to differing computer monitor hue, size, contrast, resolution, brightness, etc.

Warranty:

Tin Roof Cutting Boards offers a six month warranty against defects and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage over which we have no control such as neglectful maintenance, submersion in water, misuse of product, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures (such as direct sunlight or dishwasher) and/or humidity or alterations to the product. All Tin Roof Cutting Boards are made using natural wood therefore we cannot warranty against swelling, shrinking, warping, splitting or any other physical defects that may occur to wood over time.

Tin Roof Cutting Boards offers a six month warranty against defects and workmanship. Repairs or replacements under this limited warranty will be made directly through Tin Roof Cutting Boards. All packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer to the manufacturing facility. If you would like to submit a request for repair or replacement, please email a statement of the issue and proper photographs to info@tinroofcuttingboards.com Once approved, you will be issued a RMA number. Have this number visible on the outside of the shipping box when shipping to the Customer Service Department at Tough Country Sawmill, 1101 N Blue Creek Road, El Campo, 77437.
